Wilfred Benitez is very underrated in this category. He had that stare that would literally worry you. Even Leonard admitted that. Hearns shoved him and instead of hitting him back, Benitez go back in his face. He had that stare that would look you in the eyes and question whether you really wanted to get in the ring with him.
I think part of the fact that he is overlooked in this category is that he wasn't a huge puncher nor an aggresive fighter. He pshyched you out before the fight even starter and then frustrated you with that ridiculous defense of his.

Liston, Tua, Benn...mostly all thats been mentioned really.
I think to be honest...id **** myself if i stood in front of Niko Valuev. 7'2'' with fearsome power. Someone i wouldnt want to meet down a dark alley.
