He owned the late 80s to the mid 90s with stellar cards. You would get 4 fights and all of them cracking good matchups

      Man, this is dire.
Even if it was free to air, there isn't a single fight that looks competitive except maybe Plant.
But to try and charge to view this is seriously taking the piss.

How is this pay-per-view? But okay, they have to find a way to pay Wilder the money he's demanded I guess.

Plant would stink up the place, mark my word. He'll make Dirrell look like a rampaging Mike Tyson.

Joke of a card. This would headline FNF or Boxing after dark

boxing has yet to recover from floyd manny retirements.

there are no superstars right now. no one transcends the sport.

canelo is huge but he just doesnt do anything for american audiences.

Don King had a PPV card that was titled "The Revenge" and it was an awesome card.

I was so used to seeing stacked cards that the ones now are disappointing. The undercards are more like showcases.

You knew a Tyson fight might be over in a round but the undercard was worth watching.

Mate his ppvs were legendary. I think it has to do with the immense money spent on the main events these days. Even the JC superstar cards were stacked because Chavez wasn’t being paid 40m paydays. But even when Holyfield and Tyson were fighting and making legendary money, the whole world would buy those ppvs and boxing was covered by local news channels in the usa. Boxing was in a better position then than it is now
