just yesterday there was an article about davis saying a fight with 5-0 andy cruz needed to "marinate"


but today he's acting like this fight with tank is a possibility. but not the fight with the guy who beat you multiple times.

and we know the media and clowns like chump4life will tell him he also doesnt need to fight teo cuz of waycism. even though he went through with the fight with berinchyk when he thought he was the one who wasy waycist.

Tank has been carefully groomed to be an attraction, not a P4P but a money maker, and to do that requires hand picked opponents.
Keyshawn and Shakur are too young and too good....they may as well be Benavidez and Morrell because Grevonta Davis has no interest in fighting them.

Tank should jump in for Schofield as a last minute replacement for Shakur. Surely Turki can pay him enough to make that happen. Of course Tank would need to grow some balls first...

Keyshawn literally publicly promised he'd fight Cruz again and that the result would be different. He's also said they'd already sent Cruz a contract which never got signed.


He gets asked about Cruz constantly and has said several times that the fight will happen, but that Cruz needs to actually get the fights in to make that fight worth having. Which is true.

Too many things can go wrong, Tank doesn't want to end up like Wilder. Tank is making easy money and he wants to keep that way until he retires which IMO, isn't that far off.
