Sugar ray Robinson vs Archie Mooe

This bout was damn near to being signed in 1959. Ray was 37 and Archie was 42. The fight fell thru because of Sugar Ray's negotiations and the concessions he was asking for....regardless, Moore at 42 was better than Robinson at 37.
Moore was infamous for all the different angles he liked to use during a fight as well as his all world defense and punching power would be too much for Ray. Ray showed glimpses of his old self at that age and weight but nowhere near enough to beat Archie.
I could see Moore possibly by TKO.

Got to be Moore. The Robinson v Maxim fight is often the fight quoted to enforce the good big un beats a good little un argument although it is a little unfair as the heat beat Robinson not Maxim. But Moore was far superior to Maxim so gotta be Moore for me at
L/H, SRR as always wins it p4p.
