Neither Klitschko has the stamina to be effective after 5 or 6 rounds.
Baer is fast
He has power
He has excellent footwork.
K brothers are slow
they are robotic
they have very low stamina
Stamina has always been a big issue for them both and I think that would be the difference maker.

Wlad Klitschko no longer has any desire to put a man away, & wouldn't dare try against a puncher as lethal as Baer. Believe it. He wouldn't even open up on the likes of Ibragimov. If he bested Baer, it would need to be on points, & in a twelve-rounder.
Vitali Klitschko tried --- & failed --- to sink a shot-to-bits version of the ever-mediocre Shannon Briggs recently. Though past his own prime, that was a pretty sad indictment of Klitschko's raw power, & his finishing ability.
I don't think there is a question Baer hears the final bell, if it comes to it. Junior has a pretty hefty punch, but not the heart to risk shooting for the KO against even very safe opposition, so would make no such effort against a puncher as lethal as Baer. Big Brother just does not have the power to significantly hurt Baer, IMO.
If you're to argue Baer loses to the Klitschkos, the only room for debate is a points victory. Personally, I think Baer gets to both. All three were, for the most part, good (not great) fighters burdened with obvious deficiences, though.
