    The problem is consistency. Consistency is one of the most important factors in body building. How can you stay consistent with your routine working out like that? Who wants to be the fool out at the kiddy playground working out everyday? Sure, it could be a good time to show off your guns in a public setting, but what if your a beginner? Looks more like a method of staying in shape to me. It wont help you gain much if that's what you're looking for.

      i posted it for fun. probably should've been more clear. the dialogue is priceless, especially when they try to get into physiology.
