Honestly I use to think like that... But if your trying to fight heres what I say... JUST WORKOUT UNTIL IT DOESN'T MATTER.... but if you want an answer to your question you shouldn't eat your meals after 4 if your trying to lose weight.
Find out your calorie intake needed for the day ...
get the foods you like and put them into amounts that go with what you need.
Adjust that to what you want to accomplish.. (gain weight/lose weight)
Wether ya wanna gaion or lose Workout in the areas you lack.
I know the answer is a lil broad but i need more info if ya want sumthin more specific... Hope it helped. -
