    can that be done on a tread mill?

    yeah it can...but i think it's better and more effective if you hit the hardtop cause you got hills and ****..it's called roadwork for a reason...on a treadmill it's just plain oldcardio

      well the treadmill i have has this incline mode like your running on hills but its not the same as the real thing i only ask cuz sometimes i get lazy and i run really far but then i have to run back and it gets frustrating sometimes. haha.

        try running a BIG circle... if you can... by that i mean start out and try to make a big loop never backtracking. get what i'm saying??? the way i see it, it's a good thing when you HAVE to make it home that way even after your tired from going one way..you gotta get back so you will gain more stamina...run a lil farther each time

          yea when i run im always like 5 more minutes then when the 5 minutes pass im like nah do 10 more minutes when i run i never slow down i keep at one pace.

            Try going at all different paces..slow, medium, fast, faster, fastest.

            Kinda like a fight your pace will change. and that way if you change it up your body won't become accustomed a singular pace

              yea good point i think another reason i feel lazy running is cuz i always go to the same place i think i just need a few new paths
