The Obsession with obtaining size is evident with individuals going to extremes to accomplish the impossible. Spending countless dollars on commercialized products that hardly seem to work becomes redundant. If you are looking to maximize size Progressively, then alternate your workouts. try mixing calesthenics and weights. Try one week weights , one week calesthenics, then 2 days weights, two days calesthenics. Mix it up. Trust me you will see results. The common mistake individuals often make is that their workout regiment becomes too routine. Routine workouts tend to get boring, ultimately leading to dissapointment, as with anthing else you have to make the experience enjoyable. If growth is what you seek, then you have to stimulate ("trick", "shock") your muscles for maximum results. Try doing this for one month, trust you will see results.

ok. if you aren't popping at least a little creatine and taking a protein shake with added aminos then your nuts. they both work. screw everything else. just use those two, and a good routine and your set.

Do you really need those things if youre just looking to gain moderate muscle mass? Or even just so youre not burning your muscles away if youre doing a lot of cardio?

"allll natural here, **** supplements, supplements are for *******."
#1. the term all natural in fitness refers to not taking any hormones, not supplements.
#2. supplements are just fine. they are an addition to an already stable diet and workout regimine, not a replacement.
#3. the man in your sig is HARDLY all natural.
