I'm trying to get started training in boxing.
My biggest worry is that I will not be able to put the time or effort that I need to.
I am working 4a.m. to 9p.m. with consistent lifting of 20-70 pounds. By the time I get done I am a little tired. I could rest until I go to the gym, but I wasn't sure if that would still give me maximum performance for training.
It's only about 25 hours a week, but I want to make sure I do this right. If this job is going to hurt my training at all, I want to find something else.
Also, I'm not so good at going to sleep early. So I'm only running on a bad 6 hours (if even that.) Then I can't get with my coach until 4:30-5:00ish.
Any help would be greatly appreciated guys.
