Hey all just joined this forum last night and really liking it so far....
If i were to do them i cud probably push it to 22, but id b proper nackered, i find them a lot easier than pull ups. im 160lbs so thats pretty decent. But remember proper full chin ups are when ur arms extend down fully nd bar touches chest on the way up = 1 proper full chin up. tel me hw many use can do and ur weight??
