    im 16 and weigh 180 is that bad?

    Drinking water and then going to the sauna room is counter productive.

      well drinking more water will boost your metabolisim witch means you use more energy from the food you take in I THINK (am not an expert on it). i don't think this means it will make you lose weight though going to the sauna after the gym would defnitly do good alsowhen you crun try and where lotsn of layers then as soon as you finish have a lil break the got for a few rounds skipping thats what they make us do at the gym to keep us sweating

        The sauna will make you lose water weight, you need to lose fat, so basically cut down 500 calories a day and in a week you will lose a pound (3200 calories equals a pound i'm pretty sure). Increase the deficit if you want quicker results, but do not stop eating. Just have smaller proportion meals so your metabolism keeps going strong, combined with the water and you should see the fat come dripping off in no time.
