haha - well.. i do them anyway... (in seriousness) i did feel as if i was putting unnecessary strain on my lower lumbars. Anyone else think it might cause strains to the lower back??
I didn't like it.
i dont feel any strain when i do them, jus the burn in my hips and abs. make sure ur doin them right!!
We do them sometimes too. Between the crotch thing, the leg bracing, and grabbing around the knees its just a bit more intimate than I like to get for a training exercise. Its an ok exercise but i dont think its worth all that.
