Jst read another thread where someone said Jaidon 'The Chin Checker' LOL Codrington started boxing at 20. Was just wondering if there was any other pro's out there who started late. Ive just started again after 7 years and im 23.

i dont tihnk he started at 20, he went pro at 20, im pretty sure he was an AM when he was younger. i could be wrong, but im pretty sure he didnt start boxing when he was 20. hes 23 now, and he turned pro in 2004, so...... he didnt start boxing at 20 and go pro at 20, that aint happenin!

Audley Harrison first put on a pair of gloves when he was 19 (not a great example lol)
Chris Eubank started when he was 16
Nigel Benn started when he was over-18 he started boxing in the army
B-Hop was kinda on and off
Theres loadsa world champs that started late. My advice to you is to just enjoy boxing at amateur level and if you're dedicated and find you have a lot of talent for it then you should take it further.Comment
