Does anyone have any first hand experience of what drills/excersises actually improves your punching endurance and the length you can punch full out for.
It's just that I've been doing tons of press-ups, pull ups, dips, situps, rowing, etc.etc. And I'm just not sure, lacking advice, that it is making my punching endurance any better? Can anyone confirm if they do?
Also, does anyone have any drills/excersises that have proven brilliant for improving punching endurance THAT ARENT BAG RELATED. Ofcourse, I do tons of bagwork but I'm just wondering if there's anything I can do at home to improve the length I can punch for.
