    My foot was hurting for some reason

    My foot was hurting for some reason i was jus *****g on my shorts then my left side of my foot starting hurting i know it was the muscle but it felt like my muscle in my left foot was going to pop out it was pretty painful and i dont have any problems with my left foot it was jus a sharp pain i got but ive gotten it before it hurt very bad.
    Has anyone got any sharp pains in there foot like that for no reason? anyone know about this?

      If you've got flat feet, your arches may need some support. Regardless, if the pain persists, you should see a doctor.

        it doesnt normally do that only sometimes which is very wierd i would say like once every year lol but yeh il ask a doctor about it thx.
