      A strict diet based on natural foods which would have been eaten by our hunter gatherer ancestors. Many argue it is more suitable for humans. It is strict and even excludes natural foods which need to be milled as only birds can eat such foods unprocessed.

      You do right. I feel the same way and I am on a similar diet () although I inlcude small amounts of whole grains. Once you get use to it and you have junk food after a bit, you realise that **** was just that; ****!!! And not worth it!

      Only bums would not see the benefits of makiing such a small sacrifice (I don't see it as even that) and as for rednecks drinking beer, just forget about it. Anyone who drinks beer and TRIES to box will only end up as a bum!
