    double end balls

    hey everyone im getting the lonsdale standartd floor to celing double end ball im hanging the top to a wood beam but have nothing for the bopttom suggestions?

        Well, if you have the kettlebell handy, go ahead and give it a shot. If you like it, use it. But it seems to me that a kettlebell is too round and top-heavy to give you any kind of stable support when you're wailing away on the double end bag.

          maybe two/3 8kg kettlebells u get 3 or 2 i think but im strap for cash i dont know

            For the one i have here at home i used 2 25 pounds weight plates, tied it to that, doesn't move at all.

              You can tie it to a dumb bell weight. Best peice of equipment in the gym is the floor to ceiling ball. People who don't like it have **** timing and are ****!
