****ing big babies! This **** is high in calories so is Ok if you intend to be big and fat like a powerlifter or if you're going to burn loads of them like Phelps. For boxing it sounds like bull**** to me. The only person who probably tried it would be Fernando Vargas.

I wouldn't use something made for babies unless I was gonna runaway and cry like Miguel Cotto. Fake food, fake supplements and fake food is not good for you anyway. Have real food, preferrably organic and nothing unprocessed. Even for babies it is 10 times better for them to suck their mums ****.
But anyways I agree with you... the only supplements I take, are multivitamin, Fishoil, and whey.
The rest is a just lots of protein, veggies and balanced fats/carbs.
Also, Ive tried to stay away from Sodas and all fizzy drinks for the past 2 years...water all the way
What may work for others.....may not work for you.... so I wouldn't go out my way to buy baby formula just because my friend said he gained a couple of pounds..

Lol, yeah I meant processed. I stay away from processed foods and especially **** that is fried after all that rubbish! NEVER ever eat fried foods if you are serious about gym.
Baby formula needs to be taken in big portions. Some powerlifter told me this because the 100 calorie servings you talk about are for infants! To get enough protein you need to take 7-8 servings in one go but with less milk as the babies taste is more sensitive. They grunt the excess calories off they say but carry it in their ***** **** to the arena.
