    Stomach Issues....any help please?!

Okay so I am always conditioning myself and am in great shape. I workout my upperbody and lowerbody every other day using weights. Then I jump rope everyday, do rounds on my heavybag everyday, run almost everyday (I can run 3+ miles and not be tired), so basically I am constantly exercising...giving myself a break every now and then for my muscles to rebuild. And I have to eat A LOT or else I loose weight...and even when I loose weight i have fat on my stomach. So thru all this work, i still have fat on my stomach. Now its not a lot but its literally only a handful of fat. How do i get rid of this? And keep in mind, I cannot workout more than i am but am willing to if need be. Oh and i do low weights high rep for endurance for boxing.

It's probably diet or you need to build abs .What waist size are you ?What bodyfat percent are you ? You need to get below 10 percent bodyfat .I read once in a magazine ,do all the running and crunches you want but if pizza crisps and cheese are part of your diet you'll still not see your abs .Clean your diet up , try running further .When i was ripped i was starving myself , doing 10 mile on the treadmill when i felt hungry then coming off drenched in sweat ,t-shirt heavy with that much sweat and going into crunches as soon as i came off .Stay away from sugar and fried foods they are the death of your sixpack .Try hitting them after a long run . I'm trying to get down as well .I'm 5.8 and i've managed to get down to 154 .I'm walking around at 160 and the last couple of kgs is the hardest. I used to walk around at 154 .Ended up hitting the drink and junk food for a good few months and ended up at 13 stone .I've managed to get back down to make 154 but it's hard staying there to try to make 147 , my goal . I 'm roughly walking around 160.
