Sore wrists or broken wrists?! HELP!!!!!

Hello guys ive been in the gym for 3 days only and today was my fourth day and I was surpirsed that I couldnt punch the mitt or the heavybag properly cause my hands are painful! I think its in the wrist and its really hard to punch properly especially when my trainer is slamming his mitts in my punch it feels like I want to give up! it isnt like muscle pain that I just ignore. This is different.

Is there such a thing as sore hands or wrists? or are my wrists/hands broken?

    help me guys!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Go get it checked out by the doctor, a sprained wrist is no joke.

Soon you will think your fingers will get broken but its not its normal when u start in boxing.

just follow the correct way of hitting with your punches a wrong technique will make it worst. If u can't take the pain just skip the bag and mits don't force it just do jump ropes, shadowbox, treadmill or other exercise that don't hurt your hands, do it until your hands feels ok again.

What can I do to recover asap? And also to prevent this?

You think my trainer is slamming his mitts too much? or is it really that way?

after recovery, when you resume training:

try using adhesive/athletic tape directly on your skin/wrists, then use 180inch mexican style handwraps, then tape again, but over the wraps.

and also make sure you're punching with proper technique.

and what gloves are you using?
