Try rubbing your hand before wrapping them to improve blood circulation. Spread your fingers when wrapping between the fingers and make a fist when wrapping over the knuckles. This way the wraps won't get to tight and after your workout, ice your hands or soak them in water w/epson salt, and stretch.

Which wraps are you using? Mine get red from the wraps, but thats it. Try getting the "pro" wraps if you dont have them

When wrapping your hands, you should hold them with the fingers slightly apart. Don't wrap too tight or too lose. If you feel like you are cutting off circulation to your fingers, they are too tight.

The only part is at the end when you finish wrapping your wrist, you should make a fist and tighter around the wrist but you should feel no discomfort.

You are wrapping your hands way too tight, common mistake.

my hands swelled up and were all bruised for the first month. I actually grew extra bone on my index and middle finger knuckle? Either way my hands hardened a bit and now they don't swell. That puffy look is from wraps bring on to tight however.
