    Nosferatu's Training Log

    Here I will try my best to keep a daily or at minimum weekly log of my training and fight record. I just joined a boxing gym the other day and I'm looking to get my boxing career started. I decided That I will cut down to the 160's I'm 205 right...so if you're interested or curious you can keep an eye on my journal.

    Tom. i will post my 1st workout

    starting measurements

    height 6'
    weight 205 lbs
    reach from armpit to end of fist 29"
    arms 19.25"
    waist 29"
    Chest 52"
    Thighs 26"
    Calves 17"

    Ok so 1st day of training and cardiovascular wise I am SOOO out of shape its been like 7 years since I have done anything remotely cardiovascular. In the moment it felt very discouraging and embarrassing but I know that the body will adapt and looking at the bigger picture it just motivates me more.

    3:30 am-2 fat free buttered wheat toasts bread slices, 2 glass of milk

    4am-3miles jog (I had to stop a couple times through it and walk)

    7am-30 minutes of calisthenice and plyometrics

    jumping jacks, shadow boxing, jump rope, free weight exercises, pushups, pullups.

    9am-2 egg omelet 1 glass of milk

    The rest of my meals will look like this

    noon tuna salad with fat free italian dressing

    3pm- yogurt, 1 glass of milk

    6pm dinner-1 baked potatoe, 1 chicken breast, 1 glass of milk

    8pm- situps 10x25 reps

    9pm- ceaser salad, 1 protein shake...

      why you getting up so early? that can't be good for you :S

        I usually am in bed and sleeping by 10pm

            so you only get 5 hours sleep?? i couldn't do that lol i like my bed to much

              Yea but I'm thinking of bumping 2 extra hours of sleep b/c I might need it to recover...

              My main goal is to develope muscular endurance and increase my speed and cut down to the 160-170lb range.

                Great idea man. Keep it up. Wow 5 hours of sleep. Lol i sleep for 10 hours or something It's so hard to get up. I wish you the best.
