To tell you the truth i'm not a big fan of weights.I done some shrugs the other day and my shoulders have been stiff for days.I'm swaping them for divebomber push-ups.I just prefer to do explosive and 1 arm push ups and stuff on strength days and i'm adding divebombers for shoulders
