    I always remember a couple of quotes from rosstraining .Strength training for fighters

    Steer clear of failure when training for pure strength
    Never sacrafice skill and conditioning for strength work
    Keep strength workouts brief, 2 to 3 days per week


    To tell you the truth i'm not a big fan of weights.I done some shrugs the other day and my shoulders have been stiff for days.I'm swaping them for divebomber push-ups.I just prefer to do explosive and 1 arm push ups and stuff on strength days and i'm adding divebombers for shoulders
