and be CONFIDENT, dont get in the ring looking small and unconfident, get through the ropes, bounce around, put your hands in the air (dont overdo it) and feel strong and confident
and remember to enjoy fighting in there, you do boxing because you enjoy it right? so get in there and enjoy yourself, be relaxed, keep your technique, move around, dont get drawn into a slug out, and do your best
i myself have experienced bad nerves before a bout and know many others who go through the same thing, but if you just stay calm and enjoy yourself, you feel better and can perform well.
