get a friend or you coach and find yourself a nice flat wall and a big box of tennis balls and have them throw them at your head, underhand or overhand whatever you feel like and just get used to dodging them. It well build head movement along with reaction time

rocks would give you a better incentive to get out of the way but i would recommend going super saijian first
