    The guy in the gray sweatshirt carries his hands too low. Also has his chin way up in the air.

      Boxing is not a sport that you just F with. It is the art of fighting. Stop just messing with it if you are planning on getting gym time, you are only creating bad habits that will take your trainers time to correct..............Rockin'

        I can't see the video because it's been removed....but based on the previous comments....one or both of you are terrible.

              Yes, he removed it. Shame you missed it. Absolute highly skilled, war. I'm kicking myself that I didn't screen record it as this footage could have been worth millions. Two future HOF's for sure. At least I got to see it. I'll certainly never forget it. Nash out.

                  Nash out trying a little too hard or being kinda mean it seems...

                  I can't even imagine what people would say if I recorded and posted my 12 min heavy bag session from last night lol. So bad. And I know my technique must be very sound since my elbow ****ing killing me today hah..

                    Just having some fun, man. Very few people can box to a high level, but what was the point of the guy posting his video, only to take it straight down. Nash tells it how it is. How can he get advice if he runs like a chicken at the first sign of criticism? Nash out.
