The shadow boxer.
First tip - get a mirror and practice in front of the mirror
What you see is what your opponent will see.
When you were shadow boxing did you visualize an opponent in front of you
that also tossed a few punches, as I did not see you block or slip any imaginary
punches and throw counter-punches.
It would be nice to point out the good points, but as an analyst for your
imaginary opponent, one of the key counterpunches that i would recommend
the "shadow" toss your way is a tight left hook. Also, I would have an opponent
use a left hook in an offensive series of combinations after a left and right, or
a lead jab and a fake right.
But back to basics, footwork needs to be worked on, in some cases you are sliding both feet, and in other cases standing flat footed.
In many cases, after a series of moves, you are bringing your both fists together in
front of you, this would leave you open for a fast left lead against your hands/gloves
followed by a power right hand and a left hook.
For body punching, you are not punching with your body but pushing out your arms
towards the body, but leaving your head wide open.
Recommendation:
Get a mirror
Work on style and positioning of the feet
Punch with the body not the arms.
Work on footwork and effective movement
Study body punching and practice on the heavy bag
-straight left to the body
-right to the heart or solar plexus area
short tight fast left hook to the liver region of the body.
Re-focus on the left jab where the jab, the body and the feet are moving like a well
oiled machine, that is all parts working together, also work on the double and triple lefts
I hope some of these points provide you with a shadow boxing training plan
- think Willie Pep & Sugar Ray Robinson and try to copy them in ring movement
and punching technique.

I'm not gonna lie to you man... but half that **** u did wouldn't really work in an actual boxing match.
"I will **** you up!" -Someone said that.
You seem like a cool cat, but seriously. those nice little movements don't mean **** in a real fight.

The second look
Took another look, and one thing that I noticed is sometimes when you are throwing a right
your right foot is still flat on the floor and your right hip isn't moving forward, now that
isn't power punching that is disaster waiting to happen, and it is your chin that would be
on the line while the rest of us sit in our easy chairs or rocking chairs.

Well what you did seems to me to be a dog and pony show... if u will. Sure, it looks nice. But when things are full-go all that nice shadow boxing you did isn't going to be like that.
My trainer use to tell me "Shadow boxing isn't about looking nice! it's about fighting an imaginary opponent!!"
This seems to be one of those shadow boxing sessions where it looks 'cool'
just my opinion. Next time, shadow box as if you're fighting a real opponent.
