      Watched a little bit more of it. You are fighting a taller guy with longer arms, you need to get inside as you tried doing. However, you are just walking straight in and putting your head down a bit while throwing a weak jab and hoping a right hand will hit.

      You should be using head movement while moving in like that. You should try doubling up on your jab, and steping into it from the outside. Also, you can pivot off your jab toward the inside.

      Watch the video when he throws his jab, his right elbow floats out A LOT! Your trainer should of been telling you to slip under his jab with a left to the body. This would of slowed his jumping and running around, allowing you to get inside and your combos off much easier.

      Either way, I am surprised this kid got any points at all. Majority of his punches were slaps and he should of been warned for that. Horrible ref job, but at least the judges saw it.
