    injured and im fighting tomorrow

    i messed up my right lat last night from lifting to heavy, it spasses(cant spell) everytime i move my arm, and its forcing me to walk with my back in and chest out. im guessing i pulled something? but anyways im fighting sumone tomorrow, is there anything i cant do to heal in time?? its a real fight not a boxing match so i cant "reschedule" or not show up. i put a heating pad on it last night and ive been trying to stretch it but it still fills the same, ill appreciate any suggestions

      tell him your ***** hurts and back out or fight him with one hand. Or be mature and don't fight at all.

          taking an L over an injury is dumb , cancel the fight. you could get really injured also.

              i wasnt dissin boxers man, if i didnt put that ya'll would think that i was talking about a boxing match correct? i was just making it clear that it wasnt boxing, sorry if i offended anyone haha

                so far u the only one that had a reply worth reading, but it still doesnt answer my question. i need to advice on speeding up recovery, can l-glutamine help with this? cause i got a full bottle of that ****, i heard its good for sore muscle recovery, but i dont know about muscle injuries

                  Nothing will cure it, you'll have to tough it out or do what we recommend, walk away. If you worried about been punk'd, think of something, go slap a cop or something and get thrown in jail.
