i messed up my right lat last night from lifting to heavy, it spasses(cant spell) everytime i move my arm, and its forcing me to walk with my back in and chest out. im guessing i pulled something? but anyways im fighting sumone tomorrow, is there anything i cant do to heal in time?? its a real fight not a boxing match so i cant "reschedule" or not show up. i put a heating pad on it last night and ive been trying to stretch it but it still fills the same, ill appreciate any suggestions
