    Good Ab Workouts ?

    I'm doing 2 sets of 200 crunchers per day


    at first i was tired after 100 but now i have 0 problem with doing 400 a day,i feel like i should move on to something better but i dont know what

            leg raising ... 400 hudred a day is nothing thats just a warm up to me actually i do 500 for 1 set

              dragonflags are very effective, it also works the lowerback.
