they say no more than 3-4 pounds a month other wise its likely to be fat.......... so 2 kilos should be fine

A pound a week is very feasible if you dedicate yourself.

No man.Just keep them short but harder and that means more intense.Like 10 to 15 mins .The shorter the harder or indoor conditiong like burpees , jump-rope etc .Roach's supposed to be feeding Pacquiao 5 times a day to keep him at WW

im guessing your looking to gain muscle and cut water...

Despite what some may say keep up your running regime. Running strengthens your legs in ways most other exercise cannot. Walking will actually lose you more fat than running but thats beside the point.

You are going to want to eat alot of protein and carbs. Lay off of sugar of ANY KIND. Sugar can really bloat you up and make your look very puffy.

Also even though you are trying to cut your water weight you still need to drink a good amount of water and only water.

If your built like most males it will be easier to put the weight on in your legs and in your back and chest... and in the fight game thats probably where you need the weight.

putting alot of muscles into your arms will only go so far.

hope this was of some help.
