            1) defense is terrible
            2) stamina is terrible
            3) ur thorwin punches with no type of thought
            4) im pretty sure u were about to throw up at the end of the video

its funny how people who post videos say that they just ran a marathon or something thats why they were so tired in the vid haha just say ur not in shape. u got a lot of potential though. i highly suggest u go down to a boxing gym asap!

Aside from lack of guard/head movement, you're also standing online with your imagined opponent after you've thrown, which is when he'll be hitting you, stealing your wallet, wiping dog **** on you etc. Deez r bad tings, blud. Footwork and figuring out a basic guard will be the first things to look at, never mind the punching. Go to a boxing gym. They have straight up newbies walking in there all the time you are at least used to some form of fighting you'll be fine. Good luck.

It actually makes for a good before and after video if you decide to train. Go to a boxing gym.

From a Karate perspective it may be good. I'm not sure because I don't know enough about Karate. Boxing is totally different though so it can't really be rated from a boxing perspective. The only way to know is if you were to start boxing and then post another video.
