    maintaining muscle

    Right im looking to move down in weight class , ive got a bit of fat to drop , how can i maintain my muscle and drop the fat ?

    Make sure to keep up with your strength training, whatever that may be. It also helps if you eat in 6-7 small meals per day so your body never goes into starvation mode.

      ok is adding sprints in after my weights session a good or bad idea ?

        a good idea. but dont over do it. make sure you get plenty of protein. plenty of time to rest and still work out. should be fine. maybe add in a refeed week here and there
