I've had many injuries from running and it all added up to where my knee just gave out. 9 months of rehabilitation. I'm sure I know what I am talking about man.
I own the dr. scholles inserts. absorbs some of the shock. If that isn't real, neither is the padding in your shoe to begin with.
Running form. I got from a trainer. I used to run finesse, up near the toes. Once I brought it down, no problems with shin splints.
Running on grass. That's something I just choose to do. I don't want to get hurt anymore and it's less impact than concrete.
