Anyone have a "Centry B.O.B. punching bag"? (lifelike human punching bag)

IF you already have a hanging heavybag, and you don't mind dropping at least 200 on one (unless you can find a cheap one on craiglist), I say why not? It'll provide some fun. . But prolly will wear out quick. . The ONE thing I do like is how there are two little target spots under the shoulders where you can kinda lean to the side and practice "hookercuts" to the ribs and body. . . Also good for targeting leads hooks to the jaw. Go ahead and get one if your curiosity is just itching too much. . you'll get some use out of it.

As long as you don't live in an aprtment like everybody said. . Luckily I have a storage area in the basement of my apartment, which is where I moved mine. . . Because there is NO WAY you can work out on taht thing living in an apartment. . . If you have any kind of respect for your neighbors.

I will say bob is "fun" especially for marital arts. Kicking and punching combos. But as a tool, bob is limited. They have bob's that mount to the wall, I haven't used one but if they're cheaper I imagine you would get the same effect
