    lose 20lbs in 12 weeks

    could i lose it by running 3 and a half miles 5 days a week for 12 weeks plus a healthy diet?

      Eat what you want, train at least an hour a day and you will lose or maintain your weight.
      Do high intensity work (anaerobic) and the weight will come off....less time involved than with running. If you want to do it with running alone, do 5 miles a day, 5 days a week.

            i lost 10 pounds in 3 weeks by barely even trying, just a healthy diet and regular reps, no cardio

              You're my hero, first post I've seen with someone wanting to lose weight in a reasonable amount of time.

              You have a million options to take 20lbs off in 12 weeks. Choose whatever is easiest to stick with.
