Eat what you want, train at least an hour a day and you will lose or maintain your weight.
Do high intensity work (anaerobic) and the weight will come off....less time involved than with running. If you want to do it with running alone, do 5 miles a day, 5 days a week.

You have a million options to take 20lbs off in 12 weeks. Choose whatever is easiest to stick with.
