mastered the speed bag yesturday

    Define "Master". Honestly it only took me 2 days. I guess it just depends on the person, i've tried to teach a lot of guys I know and they can't get the hang of it.

              Tell me more of this mastery....................are you using a heavy/speed or a "peanut bag"? Have you gotten doubles down yet and finishing with a "pinned" bag on top? Any video of this exhibition? Ray.

                i use both actually i like to switch it up. totally different workouts. of course by now i am 100X better on the speed bag and can close my eyes and do any rhythm i want. i like doing the horse rhythm.

                  So you hadn't mastered it then?

                  Getting the hang of something and being able to sc**** by without ****ing up is entirely different from mastering it. Unless you're Duran or Mayweather, etc you haven't mastered it.

                  Anyway, don't mind me, I'm just being picky. Mastery of something is a big thing. Years and years and years of daily practice.

                      ........."the horse rhythm" ofcourse I forgot about the great "Trigger" and his methods on the peanut bag(aka feed bag) carry on young man by next sat. you should surpass Durans skill on it!!!! Ray
