    1500-1600 Calorie diet help.

    Can anyone that is on or has experience on a 1500-1600 daily calorie intake diet, give me an example of how that would look like?

    I tried looking it up online but all I kept finding was for breakfast banana pumpkin ****e smoothie, and I was like wtf I don't have pumpkin ****e I need realistic foods for a full time college student/25 hour work week.

    Ready meals are your friend in my experience with calorie counting at around 500 cals.

    I used to eat, 3 meals a day no snacks. Something like

    Cereal and OJ
    Sandwiches with crisps (chips as ur american)
    Some kind of ready meal that makes up the rest of your calories

    Really really easy and so long as you dont mind eating the same things everyday its perfect.

    I lost over 40kg doing this..

      Oatmeal, tuna,chicken breast, peanut butter and steamed vegetables. Cheap, nutritious and low calorie.
