Can anyone that is on or has experience on a 1500-1600 daily calorie intake diet, give me an example of how that would look like?
I tried looking it up online but all I kept finding was for breakfast banana pumpkin ****e smoothie, and I was like wtf I don't have pumpkin ****e I need realistic foods for a full time college student/25 hour work week.
