If you have legit metal Pull Up bar in the back yard or in the house/appartment. 100 pull ups a day and simply 100 push ups on mornings will keep your body in perfect shape. your snap punch will be fast and strong. even if you don't train anymore
I'd seriously recommend finding out which street Barry lives on, you could pull cars with him up and down the street. It would save you the money of having to buy the harness and such as Barrys already got the stuff. On top of that, you could possibly write the government for funds for the first 'no gas consumed here' street in the world. Any car that wishes to travel your street would be federally obligated to let you hook up to their vehicle to pull them down the street.
