    Fast breakfast ideas

    Hi, guys.
    Can you give me tips, what you eat for breakfast? My girlfriend usually prepared everything for me. But now I am alone. So my breakfast is needed to be prepared fast and suit my sport regime. Any advices?

          I usually down 3 scoops of glutamine in a glass of water, and take 1 serving dried figs and 1 serving dried apricots in the truck with me for breakfast. About 17g protein 55g carbs, super fast. Or you could do a protein shake instead if you prefer.

              What is your sport regime?

              Will really depend on if you're a boxer, bodybuilder, competitive eater, ect.

                    quick scrambled eggs

                    Fast? Take a coffee cup add a dab of butter or dash of olive oil. Break 2-3 eggs in it. mix well, microwave 30 sec. Stir again and microwave another 20-30 sec until solid. You can add bit of milk for the first mix.
