Okay so I'll put this out there as the start and yes I know this is incredibly unlikely to happen but I want to be the best, I want to be on par or better then Muhammad ali. Now i'm a little worried i'm not training enough, this is a very basic amount of time of how much I train, it can vary. If you're wondering why I even train taekwondo it's because if i don't my dad won't let me do boxing.
Mondays, ab workout (20 minutes), running as far as I can in the morning in the 40 minutes I have, If i fail to get up in the morning i'll run at night(my goal is to get 6 miles in 40 minutes like Muhammad ali use to ran, takes me 80 mins atm, a lot of the time i'll run both times, and 2 hours at the boxing gym, taekwondo at home(taekwondo while at home is just going through a few forms, takes 20 minutes and is the same everyday.
Tuesdays, rest day excluding a bit of foot work drills
Wednesdays, running (it's the same everyday for running) 2 hours at the boxing gym, upper body weight lifting, 2 hours,(5 minutes between sets) taekwondo training at home.
Thursdays, running, two hours at boxing gym, lower body weight lifting 2 hours(6 minutes between sets), Taekwondo training at home.
Fridays, running, taekwondo class 1.5 hours, ab workout, 2 hours of boxing stuff at home
saturdays, running, 2 hours of boxing at home, upper body weight lifting for two hours, taekwondo training at home.
Sundays, running, 2 hours of lower body weight lifting, 2 hours of boxing at home, taekwondo training at home.
Is this enough training for me to become a good boxer, i'll train more if needed but I am already pressed for time doing all this and I still have school, and a job, and homework to do, also i'm 16 which i'm guessing matters. Thanks for the advice or even spending time to read all this I truly appreciate it.
