    My 'Simple' burnout

    10 pressups

    30 secs alternate squats

    9 pressups

    30 secs alternate squats and so.. all the way till 1 pressup.

    ~ i do this when i dont get chance to train at gym. it seems to be a total body workout.~

    Not impresive at all. No back exersizes? NO abdominals? wtf

      The press-ups work the abs. Sounds OK to me. Better than nothing, and you can do it in one spot. Four and a half minutes of squats is quite a bit. So is 55 push-ups. Maybe 3 times a day would be good. Not for me though.....
