I hate running but i run a mile everyday would that be enough as roadwork?? and i was reading a bruce lee book and it said 10 minutes of jump roping is the same as 30 minutes of running is that true?

1 mile is not enough. And doing the same workout everyday, will quickly become counterproductive. 10 minutes of jump rope is in no way the same as 30 minutes of running. No way.
From this, and your other thread, I sense that you are looking for some easy answers to some very complicated things. training is not that simple.

Training needs to be adjusted constantly, to get the results you're looking for.
