They should all quit. Just up and leave.
Let the residents there tend to their problems themselves.

what all honest cops should do is testify in court against all cops they know commit crimes. Put society ahead of the badge.

If we can get the police offices in this country to serve and protect everyone equally that makes it better for everyone and eliminates the need to call for abolishing the current form of police.

If we can get more cops to testify against their brethren when they know they committed crimes, that helps develop trust and eliminates the need to make a radical step of abolishing police.
