Wherever one stands on the issues at hand, regularly engaging in the "culture war" online is the sign of a loser. By that I mean someone with an empty life who lacks the motivation to do something constructive.
Arguing at length with randoms on Twitter resolves nothing and simply perpetuates one's frustration, exaggerates the perceived problem and is an utterly futile act. Viewing social media and comment sections generally gives one a skewed perception of the world. Those most motivated to post frequently are angry, extreme and mentally ill - they don't represent the general population.
Stop watching all forms of news (whether it be legacy media or YouTubers), close your social media accounts and stop browsing news on your smartphone - you will soon see the "culture war" was a mirage.
Work on yourself: your bad habits (smartphone/social media use being among them), read good literature, take long walks in nature, meditate. Getting mentally well and cultivating one's inner peace should be an absolute priority in life.
