    Yo im proud to say im 100% clean.......no supplements for me......I got buddies who will pop any damn pill/powder/etc they can get their hands on....yeah they hella yoked but that **** just ain't for me.......I go o-naturel....hahahha

      i used to take hydroxy cut and go running in the evenings. i did it for like 2-3 months and it actually worked.

              Nada.......nothing........100% legit.....when the creatine craze came out every one and their mother jumped on it.....I was playing ball at the time.....and kats got hella yoked.......I though about doing it for a min but then I said nah..........that's about as close as I've gotten to taking a supplement........like I said I got buddies who take ***en horse pills.....im sure if they piss they'd piss negative for any sport......but they are hella yoked though...........I just can't get my self to take ****.........but it is hella tempting though..........

                i still go to the 24 hour gym here by my house but i mostly do weights and hit the pool every once in a while. But now i just take hi protein shakes.

                  orale. so how your diet? do you eat anything you want or try to eat healthy? I dont see supplement like protein powder bad they help rebuild muscle and gain mass. I guess it depends what you goal is
