whats up guys i know how it is when you need to lose weight, but you keep eating the same ive been there and got over it, im 5'8 used to weight 247lbs then i started working out and in 2 months i weighed 221lbs and i actually think it was easy but i was doubting myself in the beginning which made it harder then i got over it and feel better, i stopped working out for like 2 months which im pissed about but i still weigh the same so its good, i started working out again today and i feel excited about it
