    Latino's who need to lose weight

    whats up guys i know how it is when you need to lose weight, but you keep eating the same ive been there and got over it, im 5'8 used to weight 247lbs then i started working out and in 2 months i weighed 221lbs and i actually think it was easy but i was doubting myself in the beginning which made it harder then i got over it and feel better, i stopped working out for like 2 months which im pissed about but i still weigh the same so its good, i started working out again today and i feel excited about it

        Hey I'm also 5'8 but I weigh 154 Lbs., my highest weight to date. I've never been a big weight gainer and trust me I eat like a fat man and never hit the gym.How old are you if you don't mind me asking? I'm 27 and I have a very high metabolism but I'm told it may slow down when I hit my 30's or so, is there any validity to that?

        But yeah, my recent weight gain id due to my everyday drinking whereas before I used to drink every other week or so. It's mostly belly fat as you can probably see in the recent photo I posted of myself.

        I do hope to hit gym rather soon actually but it's just so hard to motivate myself to do so.

          im 23 and ya your metabolism starts to slow down when you stop exercising and also if you dont eat the right amount of calories a day

              this is the best website i ever found on losing weight and building muscle it has videos and meal plans but i never followed any meal plans i just looked at the list of foods that arent bad for you and made sure i ate the right amount of calories

                i'm 5'8 and weight 160 pounds. i try not to eat a lot and if i am really hungry, i eat more vegetables and fruits. i also run, do pull-ups, and push ups everyday. that helped me become really strong and i was able to do really heavy workouts at the gym that i never could before. of course, you have to start small, but thats what i recommend.
