Toughest Jaw I would say Mathew Saad Muhamad (Matt Franklin) I saw him take some serious punches and he kept on going til his apponent punched himself out, then Matt Knocked him out

Marciano had a brick head. Ali could take just about anything. Hagler had a chin of steel.
Floyd Patterson seemed to have a weak chin. He was knocked down more times than any heavyweight champ ever. I could be wrong in saying that its bad because I haven't done all my research and I don't want to discredit a legend with an inaccurate statement.

Juan Laporte and Oliver Mccall had some dense chins
Terry Norris had a horrible chin but had all the courage and heart one could Imagine

Oliver McCall, David Tua, Tex Cobb, Marvin Hagler, Bernard Hopkins, Nikolai Valuev, all have some pretty damn good beards.
Tommy Morrison, Julian Jackson, Nigel Benn among others had some pretty weak ones.

I have to add Tommy Morrison in for one of the weakest. When Bent even touched him, he was ready to go.
