Morrison had an unbelievable hook but no defense

For all his other faults, Gerry Cooney MAY have had the best left hook in heavyweight history. I know its sacrilege to mention his name in the same sentence as Frazier, but I honestly think Cooney's hook was equally as valuable and even more devastating.

The best hookers has already been mentioned in the thread. A ranking could be like this:

              1: Frazier
              2: Cooney
              3: Morrison
              4: Tyson
              5: Tua

I don't know about Ruddock. Though awesome the smash was more of a hybrid uppercut/hook.

True. And it wasn't used with the same consistent effect as the others. when it did land though, look out!
